Actress Sona’S Favor For ‘Kanimozhi’

Actress Sona’s new avatar as a producer seems to be going strong and steady. With her maiden production ‘Odu Machi Odu’ shelving down at halfway, her other projects have been rolling fast on the floors.Recently, the actress launched the film titled ‘Bhagyaraj 2010’ starring Premji Amaran in lead role. Now, she has picked other one from ‘Chennai 600028’ team – Jai for her new film titled ‘Kanimozhi’. The film has ‘Nadodigal’ fame Vijay Vasanth (starred along with Jai in Chennai 600028 and shot to fame with ‘Nadodigal’) in another lead while newcomer Shazahn Padamsee stars opposite them in female lead.Initially, T. Siva of Amma Creations (producer of Venkat Prabhu’s ‘Saroja’ and upcoming film ‘Poochandi’) was supposed to produce alone and now Sona has signed a pact to co-produce this film.
