Record Store Day: Releases From Radiohead, Adele

16 April 2011, is Record Store Day and to celebrate, acts such as Radiohead, Adele, Tinie Tempah and the Gorillaz have made limited-edition vinyl records available for sale.

New Radiohead tracks Supercollider and The Butcher are available on limited-edition 7-inch vinyl. Only 2,000 copies have been printed and will only be available on Record Store Day, NME reports.

Adele has released a 10-inch vinyl including two new versions of Rolling In The Deep, while Tinie Tempah is letting fans get their hands on Wonderman as a 7-inch single.

As previously reported on MTV, Foo Fighters have released a covers album, Medium Rare, featuring reworkings of classics by Paul McCartney and Pink Floyd. Franz Ferdinand have also released a covers LP.

The Fall by the Gorillaz, previously only released as a free download to fan club members, is available on vinyl today only, while the Beastie Boys are back with two different versions of their new single, Make Some Noise.

Arctic Monkeys' new track Don't Sit Down 'Cause I Moved Your Chair is available on 7-inch vinyl with a new song on the B-side, Brick By Brick.

Even Nirvana are getting in on the act – the band’s record label have re-issued 6,000 copies of 1992 EP Hormoaning, which was previously only available in Australia and Japan.

In total there are 251 limited vinyl releases available just for Record Store Day. (Source)
