Overdue View on AAU

Academy of Art University in San Francisco is one of the few MFA programs for fashion design in the country and they're the only one whose graduating class shows at Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week. This year I didn't make it to their show because unfortunately it was scheduled smack in the middle of Fashion's Night Out. Ian MacKintosh of AAU promised me that this would not happen again and kindly sent me photos from the show.  I consistently love the Academy's show and the downtown edge that it contributes to the uptown part of NYFW.
